I started this company because I kept hearing the same story around Loomis: the big pool outfits send a different tech every week, tack the chemicals onto the bill, and never pick up the phone.
There's no "they" here. I'm the guy who answers the phone, the guy at your gate every week, and the guy whose name is on the truck.
Other companies send someone for 10-15 minutes. I'm usually there 30-45. I'm not the fastest guy on the route — but I vacuum, brush, test, and inspect every single visit. That takes longer. And your pool will show it. One flat rate. Chemicals included. Same face every visit. That's the whole pitch.

Weekly service, all chemicals, and all routine maintenance for one monthly price. That works out to about $45 a visit.
Flat rate covers standard residential pools. If yours is unusually large or high-maintenance, I'll tell you the price on site before we start. No surprises.
Folded into your weekly visit. Jets cleaned, chemistry balanced, filter checked. Pool plus spa runs $200 a month, all in.
Party prep, post-storm cleanup, real estate showings, or green pool recovery. Tell me what you're looking at and I'll quote it straight over the phone. No ongoing commitment.

Walls, steps, and floor brushed and vacuumed so algae never gets a foothold.
Every skimmer and pump basket cleared so your circulation stays strong.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer tested and balanced. Chemicals are in the rate.
Pump, filter, heater, and automation inspected. Small problems get caught early, before they cost you.
